The Springs Redevelopment Project

In a strategic location on Perth's Swan River Foreshore, the 14ha Springs development project provides a comprehensive, masterplanned, mixed-use community framework for the land bounded by Great Eastern Highway, the Graham Farmer Freeway and the Swan River. HASSELL was engaged by LandCorp to review previous proposals for the site and was subsequently appointed as urban design consultant to develop a comprehensive planning and land delivery framework to achieve a strongly urban design based outcome that would optimise development yield, reflect the inherent qualities of the landscape and facilitate outcomes through statutory and consultative approvals processes. HASSELL was subsequently engaged to undertake design and approvals for the staged subdivision of the land.
