Shaoxing Kuaiji Mountain Leisure Centre Development is located in the southeast of Shanghai, surrounded by mountains and natural water area. HASSELL was commissioned by Baoye Real Estate Group to prepare a conceptual mater plan and architectural design for the new development and community facilities over 112ha including 4-storey apartment, town house and semi-detached, and detached villas. HASSELL developed a scheme that reinforces the link to surrounding mountains, creates contemporary water village and promotes the high-end living environment for local community.
