Green Square in South Sydney, has been described in the Sydney Morning Herald as "... probably the most unlovely, bleak and traffic ridden place in Sydney". It is now the focus of one of Australia's biggest urban renewal projects. Working in association with architects, Stanisic Turner, HASSELL has prepared the draft master plan. Covering some 275 hectares the plan seeks to establish a mix of housing for around 25,000 people and accommodation for service and high-tech industries. |
