Chifley Square, Sydney, NSW, Australia

Developed in association with the City Projects division of the Sydney City Council, the design for one of inner Sydney's public places provides open space paved in bluestone under a canopy of cabbage palm trees. A restaurant provides shelter on the south of the square through an elegant canopy and glass-clad wall. Artist Simeon Nelson provided the dramatic statue of Ben Chifley.
