Alanbrae Estate is a 400 lot residential subdivision in a landscaped setting in Melbourne's north. The roads, avenue trees and individual lots of the Alanbrae estate have been designed to 'flow' around the contours of the two ridge-lines that form the site's western and eastern flanks. In addition to developing the master plan, HASSELL designed all landscape features, including the road bridges, the pavilion and site furniture. The co-ordination of these elements has resulted in a high quality residential environment that uses challenging and contemporary design to establish a strong project identity. |
