Inner Northern Busway - Section 5 |

The Inner Northern Busway was successfully integrated into a sensitive urban environment while accommodating the needs of key stakeholders including QUT, Herston residents and the Victoria Park Golf Course. The significance of the project can mainly be attributed to the successful integration of an operational busway with an existing and active golf course. HASSELL successfully delivered a project that met the client’s brief and budget, visual mitigation concerns of adjacent residents, the operational needs of the golf course and the busway system. The busway is now an important link between the Brisbane CBD and the heavily populated northern suburbs. |
