The HASSELL designed Tognini's on Main combined two distinct food environments under one roof: a fine dining area and gourmet delicatessen separated by a central open kitchen and communal dining table. In such an environment food plays an essential part in the design that is vigorously colourful and highly efficient for the operators. Internal and external lighting have been carefully coordinated to enhance the convivial atmosphere created in a district undergoing rapid repopulation. |
