Our involvement in Woodlands Estate has included preparation of the master plan, DCP, design guidelines and successive development applications for the Flinders neighbourhood, the Landscape Strategy for the entire Estate, Tongarra Urban Stream Management Strategy, advanced concept design for the Tongarra Basin Estate Signage Guidelines, landscape design and documentation of various streetscape, parks and entries. The master plan for the Flinders neighbourhoods formed an important and vital part of Landcom's Leading Urban Design Program and has received critical acclaim from the key stakeholders, Council and Landcom Urban Design Advisory Panel. |
