Harrington Park is an award-winning master planned new community at Camden, NSW, designed to capture the traditional grace of an established suburb. The plan's bold geometry creating tree-lined radial avenues and boulevards which "fan" across the site, providing vistas and direct access to a vast central park for all residents. The park corridor includes a 15 hectare lake, wetlands for improved water quality and wildlife, woodland and large open spaces for recreational use. Harrington Park has been designed to encourage a sense of community through the provision of numerous parks and playgrounds, shops, schools, childcare centres and leafy pedestrian-friendly streets.
Harrington Grove is a new community title development of 1,000 lots on Cobbitty Road between the Northern Road and Camden Valley Way adjacent to Harrington Park. The project is centres on a core conservation corridor through the site within which pockets of residential development are planned. |
