Two HASSELL projects are published in the first issue of Landscape Architect (China). The cover feature, Turruwul Park, Rosebery NSW, highlights the upgrade of the park which 'reinvigorates the park as a focal point for the area'. The award-winning kiosk and change rooms now 'provide the community with new facilities for their sporting and leisure activities'. Also featured is Private Villa at Peak, a multi-residential development in Hong Kong. The development is designed to integrate a contemporary housing design with the existing landscape. The final result is 'derived from a collection of strong design principles and creates a resort style character, reinforcing the values of living within a healthy and green environment'.

The latest edition of Landscape Design (China) also profiles two HASSELL projects. The Peninsula at Burswood is a new residential development for Western Australia. It 'is a unique functional space, meeting the needs of the residents by providing a communal garden, and pedestrian access to tower foyers, gym and cafe facilities'. The award-winning Nicholson Street Mall offers Footscray, in Melbourne's inner west, a new 'primary civic space for the local community serving as its commercial and social hub and representing the identity and aspirations of both Footscray and the entire municipality'.
