Spring Street Residence is profiled in a feature Three Smart Kitchens in the February/March edition of Monument. Melbourne Principal, Scott Walker, describes his concept for the design of the kitchen saying, “This kitchen is the heart of the apartment and more than a showpiece, rather it’s a cook’s kitchen, designed with utilitarian function.”
Located on the upper level of a building on the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD, the Spring Street Residence takes up an entire floor and overlooks the surrounding gardens to the east, with city and bay views to the west.
