The 2009 Property Council of Australia Rider Levett Awards for Innovation and Excellence have been announced. The Rider Levett Bucknall Award for Office Developments went to the AXA Centre in Melbourne's Docklands. The new AXA workplace interior, designed by HASSELL, brought together staff from separate sites around Melbourne's CBD to create 'one AXA' and extablished the institution's new head office for the Asia Pacific region.
