The new tenancy for Swiss Re Australia provides a platform for the reinforcement of a new workplace culture following the merger and co-location of two businesses. The plan provides an interconnecting stair as a central interaction zone from which an organic workstation environment radiates. Support spaces are provided to facilitate team-based workshopping, concentrated work, training and innovation sessions. Furniture is varied and transferable, and has been selected to signify diversity of room functions. All spaces are IT enabled so that mobile workers can select their environment of choice. |
