The new corporate headquarters for the Bank of Queensland involved a major cultural shift from cellular office space to an organic open plan configuration over five floors. The open plan arrangement allows each division of the bank to have their own space whilst being connected to all other divisions via a continuous open stair. Each floor has been developed with its own distinct personality, colour theme, furniture and lighting. The colours have defined the personality of the communal staff spaces and furniture to suggest different uses.
